After a lengthy post sunset, a storm moved in from the left. I set up a wide angle lens to capture far left of the lighthouse where most of the lightning appeared. Then it stopped. After shooting several long but empty exposures, this bolt came down right of the lighthouse. This photo is heavily cropped to show just the far right of the framed exposure, and that includes a bit of the leftover, post sunset light.
